He received his education from City University of New York in 1973 and obtained his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in May 1976. Commencing his legal career in December, 1976, he began developing a unique blend of business and litigation experience representing a wide range of clientele, ranging from the sole proprietor retail businessman to the one-hundred-plus-employee, and multi-million dollar corporation. Mr. Pardes specializes in Business, Corporate, Real Estate Transactional Law and Litigation.
